terms of Service – Cash App

Welcome to Cash App (the “App”, “we”, “us”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

  • One account per person and per device. We may restrict access if we detect duplication, emulators, device spoofing, VPN/proxy abuse, or other suspicious behavior.

2) Virtual Points & Rewards

  • The App may let you earn virtual points/coins by viewing opt-in rewarded ads, completing surveys/offerwalls, or other in-app actions.

  • No cash value: Points/coins are promotional, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the App.

  • Conversions & rates: We may change earn rates, values, or requirements at any time for fairness, availability, or to prevent abuse.

  • Redemptions: Gift cards or other rewards are subject to availability, country restrictions, partner terms, limits per user, and review for fraud. We may request KYC (identity verification) where required by law.

  • Processing times/fees: We aim to process redemptions promptly, but delays may occur due to stock, partner review, or technical issues. Any fees, taxes, or charges are your responsibility.

  • Forfeiture: We may reverse points or deny/void redemptions if earned via fraud, policy violations, misattribution, system errors, or chargebacks.

3) Ads, Surveys & Offerwalls (Third-Party Services)

  • The App integrates third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Vungle, and survey/offerwall providers (e.g., BitLabs).

  • These partners may collect device/usage data (e.g., advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads, attribute rewards, prevent fraud, and comply with their own policies.

  • Watching rewarded ads is optional and initiated by you. The App’s core features should not require forced ad viewing.

  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Apple, gift-card issuers, or survey/offer partners. Brand names/logos belong to their owners.

4) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, rooted device exploits, or any method to generate fake impressions, installs, or completions.

  • Spoof location/identity, use VPN/proxy to manipulate offers, or submit false survey responses.

  • Tamper with the App, SDKs, network traffic, or APIs; reverse-engineer or decompile.

  • Harass others, post illegal content, or violate any applicable law or third-party terms.
    We may suspend or terminate access, reset/forfeit points, and block devices/accounts for violations.

5) Intellectual Property

All content in the App (software, design, text, graphics, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.

6) In-App Purchases (if applicable)

If you make purchases in the App, all sales are final except where required by law. Prices and availability may change. Platform terms (e.g., Google Play) also apply.

7) Disclaimers

  • The App and all features are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Third-party services (ads/surveys/offerwalls) are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or delays in attribution and rewards.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 3 months.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time (with or without notice) for fraud, abuse, policy or legal violations, non-use, or technical/security reasons. Upon termination, points may be forfeited and your license to use the App ends.

11) Changes to the App & to These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the App, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use means you accept the updates.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [ North Carolina, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Dispute Resolution: You agree to first contact us to try to resolve disputes informally. If not resolved, disputes will be handled in the courtsunless mandatory consumer laws in your country give you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
