This policy applies to your use of the Android version of the App, including in-app advertising, offerwalls, and survey features.
Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID).
Device & app info: device model, OS version, language, screen resolution, app version.
Network info: IP address, country/region (approximate), carrier, connection status.
Usage & diagnostics: session counts/duration, ad views/clicks/completions, crash logs and performance metrics.
These are primarily collected by integrated SDKs such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Vungle, and survey/offerwall providers (e.g., BitLabs), which help serve ads, attribute rewards, and prevent fraud.
Account/profile: name, email, user ID (only if you sign in).
In-app wallet: points/coins balance, redemption history.
Support messages: any information you send us.
If the App does not offer sign-in, we do not collect account data.
Provide and operate the App: show content, track points and rewards, enable redemptions.
Ads & monetization: deliver, measure, and (with consent where required) personalize ads.
Fraud & abuse prevention: detect invalid traffic and abuse of rewards.
Analytics & improvement: understand performance and fix crashes.
Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.
Consent: personalized ads, use of advertising identifiers, survey/offerwall attribution.
Contract/Service: provide the App and reward functionality you request.
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, aggregated analytics.
You can withdraw consent at any time via the in-app consent dialog (if available) or device settings (see “Your choices”).
We share limited data with:
Ad networks: Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Vungle (and similar providers we may add or replace).
Survey/offerwall providers: BitLabs and other offerwall partners to attribute survey completion and rewards.
Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support.
Authorities: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which we delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion as described below.
Opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset the advertising ID and/or turn off ad personalization.
Consent controls (EEA/UK, where required): manage your choices in the in-app consent dialog (if shown) or device settings.
Access/erase: contact us to request a copy of your data or deletion (we may verify your identity).
Do not provide sensitive data: we do not ask for sensitive categories or precise location.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, may provide additional in-app notice.
